Privacy policy for private lab records.

This page explains how KRYSK handles privacy for the Blood Test Results Log mobile application and related public information services. The application is designed for private on-device record keeping and does not collect, log, sell, share, or store personal data on KRYSK servers.

No account system

The website and the app do not require registration, login, account dashboards, or authorization for basic access.

No data collection

KRYSK does not collect, log, store, sell, or share personal data from normal app use.

Local-first records

Lab records, biomarker values, reference ranges, favorites, dates, and notes remain on the user’s device.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Blood Test Results Log app for mobile devices, together with related services operated by KRYSK SP Z O O (the “Application”). KRYSK SP Z O O is referred to as the “Service Provider”.

Effective: 2026-06-09

What information does the Application obtain?

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. Normal use of the Application does not send lab records, biomarker values, dates, favorites, reference ranges, sorting preferences, or personal notes to KRYSK servers.

If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted by network infrastructure to facilitate connectivity. KRYSK does not retain this data or use it for tracking.

Local app data

Blood Test Results Log is intended as a private personal record-keeping utility. Records that users create inside the app, including lab names, doctor details, test dates, panel selections, biomarker values, measurement units, reference ranges, favorites, sorting preferences, and notes, are stored locally on the user’s device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.

KRYSK cannot access, review, recover, or remotely delete local app records stored only on the user’s device.

Data Retention

Application data

KRYSK does not collect or store app data on its servers. Because no personal app data is collected, KRYSK has no server-side retention period for lab records, biomarker values, reference ranges, notes, favorites, or dates.

Local device records

Any records entered into the Application remain on the user’s device until the user edits them, deletes them, clears local data, or uninstalls the Application.

Data Deletion

Deleting local app data

Because KRYSK does not store user app data on servers, users can delete their local records directly on their device by using the app’s Clear All Data option where available, deleting individual entries where available, clearing app storage through device settings, or uninstalling the Application.

Deletion requests

If you voluntarily contact KRYSK by email and provide personal information, you may request deletion of that direct communication data by contacting support@krysk.it.com.

Location information

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

Third-party access and sharing

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no such information is shared with third parties. KRYSK does not sell personal data.

Medical and wellness disclaimer

Blood Test Results Log is intended for personal record keeping and informational use only. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, interpretation, prevention, or medical recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional to interpret laboratory results or make health decisions.

Opt-out rights

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling the Application removes it from your device. Local records may also be removed using device storage controls or in-app deletion tools where available.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher age where required by applicable law. KRYSK does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s data is not collected by KRYSK through the Application.

Security

Because the Application does not collect personal data, the risk of personal data exposure through KRYSK systems is minimal. Users are responsible for protecting their own devices, backups, and local app storage. No security system is completely secure, but KRYSK applies reasonable safeguards for systems and any direct communications it may hold.

Data breach notification

Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a breach affecting app records held by KRYSK is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information you voluntarily provided directly to KRYSK, KRYSK will notify affected users as required by applicable law.

Changes to this policy

KRYSK may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by posting the updated Privacy Policy with a new effective date. Previous versions may be requested by contacting KRYSK.

Your consent

By using the Application, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you voluntarily provide information to KRYSK and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
